Meeting on site, understanding of the need, the function, the tests and the budget of the customer. Creation of the design with the customer. Delivery of an accurate estimate. Adaptation of the estimate if needed. Processing work, concentrated on a short term period. I always schedule a work and never leave until it’s complete done.
This question is not really relative to the landscaping field. I could say that winters in North Vancouver are getting tougher. So, the choice of plants and trees needs to be adapted. More for the installation department of the company.
